Ganalii - The Mystic Animal
Element: Neutral
Class: Mammal
Talent: Magic Resistance

A creature believed to only exist in myths and fairytales, Ganalii has strange powers that allows them to become invisible. They only reveal themselves to those worthy of their trust. It is said Ganalii act as guardians and guides of a hidden land of spirits.

Personalities and Behaviors

Ganalii are recluse creatures who prefer to keep themselves out of sight of humans. They carefully watches and listens to their surroundings, and they are quick to hide when they sense danger.

The few times these rare creatures are observed reveal they are peaceful and mild mannered. Ganalii treats their friends with kindness and even offer protection with their magic.

History and Culture

Although Ganalii are rarely seen in modern day, creatures that fit their description appear in quite a few tales and fables.

One tale recalls a mirage like creature who guarded forest folks by keeping them hidden from the world, similar to Ganalii and their magic. Another recalls a white beast who guides lost humans out of the woods and heals their wounds.

Whenever Ganalii appears in stories they are described as forgiving, but stern and distant beings.

Abilities

There is much about Ganalii’s power that is not yet understood. These mystic creatures use magic to make themselves invisible from foes. They are also capable of healing the wounded and soothing souls with their magic.

Although Ganalii try their best to avoid fighting they are by no means pushovers in battle. A cornered Ganalii will unlease their full might as a last resort, risking their own life to take down their enemy with them.

Ecology

These creatures appear to be endemic to mountainous forests. Because of Ganalii’s elusive nature live sightings in the wild are incredibly rare. However, they leave evidence of their appearance through droppings, footprints and bite marks on tree bark.

Diet

These creatures will consume almost any vegetable and herb the forest provides. Their stomach allows them to eat vegetation that are toxic to many creatures.

Wild potatoes are Ganalii’s favorite food, which they go out of their way to find and dig up.
