Neutral Element

Neutral Element monsters normally don't rely on Drakium based abilities like monsters of other elements. Instead they use their physical power, their cunning and wit, or their teamwork in packs to be effective in their own ways. While they have no major strengths, they also have no major weakness, making them reliable.

Fire Element

Fire Element monsters are most often found in warm climate locations. Young Fire Element monsters tend to have more difficulty controlling their Fire abilities than other young monsters. They are known to be challenging to tame, however, experienced Fire Element monsters have unrivaled vigor and are among the most skillful of fighters.

Water Element

Water Element monsters tend to make their homes in natural bodies of water like rivers and ponds. They are known to be quite adaptive when the situation calls. Water Element can also come in icy types that prefer to live in snowy, cold climates. There is no separate Ice Element, however, ice-like abilities fall under the Water Element category.

Nature Element

Nature Element monsters frequently live in dense forests and jungles where they have control over their environment. Some like to make their homes in man-made gardens. Powerful Nature Element monsters can use the Drakium in plants to puppet them for their own uses. Many Nature Element monsters possess poisons and venoms for both offense and defenses. Despite not exactly being monsters, Drakky Fruit falls under this Element.

Lightning Element

Lightning Element monsters often choose to live in open environments such as plains and low density forests, while they avoid places like caves that can obstruct their lightning and cause hunting to be difficult. Lightning Element monsters are popular for domestication, as they are often used to power technology with their power.

Earth Element

Earth Element monsters are commonly found in caves, on mountains and in desert regions. They are known for their tenacity and will to thrive even during the roughest times and conditions. Rather than use their Drakium for beams and such, Earth Element monsters focus on their physical attributes in battle and strengthen them with their energy.

Wind Element

Wind Element monsters in general choose to live in a diverse set of environments, from mountain sides, to forests, to caves; as long as they believe they are free and safe. Wind Element monsters are known for their nimble bodies and quick thinking. While commonly winged creatures, not all Wind Element monsters are capable of traditional flight.

Holy Element

Holy Element monsters tend to be users of powers similar to white magic and have high intelligence. These monsters possess among the most powerful Drakium based abilities. Some can also use abilities of different Elements, such as weaker Water and Wind abilities. Despite the stereotype, not all Holy Element monsters are kind hearted.

Shade Element

Shade Element monsters tend to be users of powers similar to black magic and they are equal to Holy Element monsters in terms of intelligence. Shade Element monsters can be especially dangerous because they are able to drain other monsters as well as Draherians of their Drakium with ease. Some can also use abilities of different Elements, such as weaker Fire and Earth abilities. Despite the stereotype, not all Shade Element monsters are evil.

Mecha Element

Mecha Element monsters fall into two categories: Natural born monsters that have been retooled for the purpose of work, and man-made monsters created from scratch for labor, construction and serving. Mecha Element monsters can possess another Element in addition to the Mecha Element. Some natural born monster species will use scraps of technology as armor or homes, however, this is rare. It is debated whether or not fully man-made monsters should be considered real monsters.
